FAQ: How do I update my email on Control Tower?

If you email address changes and you'd like to update it we can do that through Control Tower directly.

Note: If you have forgotten your Control Tower password and do not have access to your old email to perform a password reset, then we will not be able to recover the account. In that case please register the new email as a new account. You can email [e-mail] if you have any specific questions or concern.

To update your Control Tower's account follow these instructions:

• Login with your current email at https://irdb.globalcache.com/Account/Login.
• Go to Settings->Update Email.
• Enter a new email and your current password.
• Click Update.
