Inpossible to connect with network (solved)

hello

I'm a user from the wifi2ir module and I'm using it for 3 months now i love it 

two weeks ago it stopped working suddenly i wanted to connect it again to my network but he didn't connect 

after many ours resseting I brought it back to the dealer and he gave me a brand new one 

I'm again busy for two days and i have exactly the same problem 

before you ask there was noting changed in the settings from the router and not only that i know he worked with this router 

anyone that knows what is going on here

  We have an FAQ that lists the most common issues that we encounter with trying to connect to the iTach WF modules to a local network:

  Please review these suggestions and double-check your router and network settings.

  Even though you might not have changed any settings, some routers are capable of firmware or settings auto-updates that may have affected your system.

  If you continue to encounter an issue, please open a support ticket through this support portal, and provide any relevant information about the router, the network, the device, and your PC or OS interface that would assist us in helping to troubleshoot further.

  thank you for the information 

  after a whole day playing around it worked but 

  i have now a other problem 

  i started ilearn but i the unit is not recieving any codes 

  when I push on the test ir button I got a error with invalid offset value 

  is there something that I forget or is my sensor broke 

  can i use on off the IR ports to learn the codes to ilearn ?

  this is solved 

  when you get the error in ilearn invalid offset value

  its because you have to see that the button name field is empty 

  first send the code and after you put the name
