Sorry for the noob question, I haven't used IP2CC before (use IP2IR all the time).
I have a drapery track that shows the following as the "Low Voltage Control Port":
Conductor 1 = A
Conductor 2 = B
Conductor 3 = +5V
Conductor 4 = Common
with the following 3 commands:
Direction A: Conductors 1 and 3
Direction B: Conductors 2 and 3
Stop: Conductors 1, 2 and 3
Could I use an IP2CC for this? If so, how?

No worries about the question. It is a good use-case example for IP2CC!
So, based on that description, there is one uncertainty we might need to resolve to be sure we understand what those controls are expecting. It sounds like those "Conductors" are digital inputs, and based on how they've specified the controls, it implies that the 'Conductor 1' and 'Conductor 2' inputs may have pull-down resistors built-in. But why they list a 'Conductor 4 = Common' is a little curious. Can you provide the model or link to some more information online?
That being said, I think it's a good chance you would connect this up would be as follows:
(you'll use 2 of the IP2CC relays/ports)
Port 1
pin 1 connects to Conductor 3 (+5V)
pin 2 connects to Conductor 1 (Direction A)
Port 2
pin 1 connects to Conductor 3 (+5V)
pin 2 connects to Conductor 2 (Direction B)
To go Direction A, you would enable/turn-on IP2CC Port 1
To go Direction B, you would enable/turn-on IP2CC Port 2
To Stop, you would enable/turn-on IP2CC Port1 and Port2
If you could provide any more information about the drapery control interface, we could absolutely confirm this is the correct connection.
