This surely is kind of an unusual question.
We ordered some iTach units for our stock a while ago. From those we still have an IP2IR and an IP2SL-P.
Of course, now I need it reversed - IP2IR with PoE support (the IP2SL is still spare). Is it possible to interchange the internal PSU boards or so??
Haven't looked into the units if PoE is a separate board option or if it is one big, nasty PCB.

PS: Of course I could just order another IP2IR-P but time is against me here...
The PoE module is something which is added to an IP board, but it is not recommended that you take it off one unit and put it onto the other. While this is technically possible, it will void your warranty and you will be required to pay a service charge in the event that you need to have your unit repaired.

Actually, I swapped the PoE module a week ago already (and added a missing capacitor). Works flawlessly if you have the right tools to solder this multi-layer PCB, which we have, of course. It was pretty straight forward.
These units are out of warranty for some time already so I wasn't worried about that. All what could have happened was being left with two non-PoE units...
