IP2IR: Problem Updating Firmware

I own an iTach IP2IR, Firmware Version: 700-1005-06. I am trying to upgrade to 710-1005-01, using the latest iHelp I've tried this on both a Windows 7 32 and 64 bit computer. I get to a "GlobalCache Upgrade Wizard", it is "Checking unit configuration", until it gets to 25%, and never gets past this point! I've powered down the IP2IR and repeatedly attempted updating my firmware, but I continue to get stuck at 25%. I am able to access my configuration page and it seems fine.

I would apreciate any help.

Likely, your unit has its configuration locked, or there is a username and password set. These will prevent you from upgrading the firmware of the unit.

I have a problem as well updating my IP2IR. I have a mac and i am using Ihelp but the problem is that the Itach is not detected.

I know the IP address and i can access the Itach setup and configuration page but how to i load the firmware and install?
