IP2IR: Unable to configure

I purchased an iTach IPIR in the UK. The unit came branded Control FX and it seems to function OK.

However, I am unable to set any parameters in the setup/config web pages - which are also Control FX branded.

The options for sensor setting are all greyed out and port 3 is set to Sensor Notify and all options on the page are greyed out so I can not make any changes.

Also I am unable to set fixed IP or enter user name or password. The boxes show but will not accept input. Is this normal?

The unit came with no documentation and I did not input a password when I first opened the web config.

The unit you are using must be defaulted before the settings can be changed. It seems as though the configuration lock has been set, and the only way to reverse that is by returning the unit to factory defaults by inserting a large paperclip into the small hole located below and to the right of the power connector. The LEDs on the unit will indicate that the default has occurred.
