GC100 not detected by network

Hello everyone, I am new user of a  GC100. I have buy one , on internet  . But it do not work .

My problem is :

When I connect it on the RJ45 (at the same place of my Itach) the ACT led is on , but nothing is detected ( no link led , and no led blink).

Is some one , can help me ... thanks Mike

  Hi Garrett.

  I can detect my GC100, but i can not use relay 1,2,3 and can not use a irblaster on connector 3 and 5.
