The IR light on my GC-100-12 does not light up and also I cannot make any changes on the IR settings due to this error

When the configuration is locked via the "Lock Device" checkbox on the webpage, the only way to change settings again is to perform a factory reset on the GC-100. Instructions on how to do that are available in the Quickstart documentation that comes with the device, or you can go to our Downloads and Docs page for a web-based version.
