How add new ir code for a specifiv screen to global cache GC-100 QSC plugin

We need to add a new specific IR code for DISPLAYTEN (DTEN) smartboard. 

We don't understand how to add on QSC QSYS plugin this IR code, since is not locatable on Glocal Cache Control Tower.
