GC-100 Serial Port 2 Defaults to 57600 baud rate

On roughly a 2 week basis the 2nd serial port on our GC-100s will default back to 57600. GC-100's are being used with Q-SYS Core Nano processors. We are using the GC-100 Plugin in our design and the baud rate there is set to 9600 (the correct baud rate). In order for us to resolve this we need to go into each GC-100 and manually change the baud rate back to 9600, which isn't the easiest since we have 100+ rooms with this tech. Any thoughts or experiences with similar situations?
