Im trying to send an IR command via tcp, eventually to set up echo and HA-Bridge. Ive tried to send one via HA-Bridge with a manual send and also tried using packet sender. I used an example for LG TV I saw on the support forum.
I can confirm the itach ip2ir is responding properly as I can trigger it using the irule app but when I try a manual send like below using packet sender or using the ha-bridge the device doesnt respond. Am I doing something wrong?

The size of the image above is very small, and although it seems to appear correct, I cannot read every detail. I am also not familiar with that app.
However, one very likely cause is that your TCP client is not appending a carriage-return (sometimes notated as "CR" or "<CR>") at the end of the command, which is required. This would be hex code "0D", which you may be able to append as the last byte in the "HEX" box in the screenshot you showed.
Give that a try, and if that doesn't get you going then the next step would be to use a packet-capture app (like Wireshark) to verify what data is actually being sent on the network.
