IP2CC and TV Lift via Control4

I have installed the IP2CC to a TV Lift and am triggering it through Control 4.

It has been working for a few months but recently the TV lift has stopped functioning, usually after a power disruption.

On my first visit to remedy I simply need to power cycle the Ip2CC. The second visit was more difficult. Power cycle to did not fix. Using control4 to try and toggle it the TV lift would only make a click but not move up or down. The only way it would eventually work was after I disconnected (in connections in Composer.)

Not sure where the fault lies. I think I can hear the TV lift relay click but theres no up or down happening. Its like the state of the TV up/down is not known.

  Hello Steve,

  You can use the iTest utility found on our Downloads page here:

  http://www.globalcache.com/downloads/

  Once connected, you can use the "setstate" and "getstate" commands to communicate directly with the device, outside of Control4. Once you can confirm if it does or does not work outside of Control4, you will know which direction to continue troubleshooting.
