Hi,
Having just installed our itach flex ip via ihelp we are prompted to upgrade the firmware, after the necessary files are downloaded we are told that it has completed and we click exit to continue.
This then repeats continuously until we untick the " notification of upgrade" button
No username or passwords are entered.
Please help
