Flex can't be configured

Hi, my itach flex stopped working. I can see the Itachxxx in the ad-hoc devices, when I choose it and go over to the 190.168.0.70, a 404 error pops up in my browser. it is like it's dead, i have reset it many times, but it does not correct the problem. Please help
