IP2IR command string is too long

I'm trying to control a Panasonic Plasma from a URC MX-5000 via a IP2IR.  However the string the Control Tower Database gives is too long for the MX-5000.

From the database (power on, CRs added for readability):

sendir,1:1,1,37000,1,1,128,63,16,16,16,48,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,

16,48,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,48,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,

16,16,16,16,16,48,16,48,16,48,16,48,16,48,16,16,16,16,16,16,16,48,16,48,16,48,16,48,16,48,16,16,16,48,16,2712

Is there a way to compress this?  Perhaps a way to compress the hex and translate it to a format compatible with the IP2IR?
