Unable to connect to the unit

I have an iTach IP2IR, and the iHelp utility correctly finds the unit at ip address 192.168.2.34, but when i enter this address into the iLearn utility i get a pop-up message saying 'Unable to connect to the unit. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.168.2.34:4998'

I have tried resetting the unit (pinhole reset), but got the same result.

I have had this unit running with Touchsquid for more than a year, but the Touchsquid/iTach set up stopped working yesterday (which led me to try the iHelp and iLearn utilities in an attempt to determine the cause of the problem).

Any ideas on how to get the unit to accept the connection with iLearn?
