I would love to know how to setup the device I have purchased from you on Mac OSX. It seems like this is only possible on Windows only? Currently, I have my unit plugged in and it is, completely undiscoverable here from my MacBook Air running OSX 10.8. I have tried searching for it on my Wifi network and all sorts... just seems completely undiscoverable!

IT at Work I've just successfully done just this from my Macbook Air running 10.8.2 so its possibly something to do with your wifi environment. I'd switch off all other wifi devices (routers etc) and then rescan to find the iTach.

Josh Sherman We can confirm that this should work on any wireless device other than Android devices (due to their inability to see adhoc networks). I would recommend trying another wireless device like an iPad or laptop to see if you are getting the same results. Rare cases do occur where individual devices cannot see the network for some reason while others can. Other times environmental issues can prevent our unit from broadcasting its network, so trying to move the unit to a different room is another good way to see if you can get your Mac to discover the unit.

Roland Lockhart I had a similar problem. Could not find the iTach by any means (Macbook, iPad, iPhone, Windows laptop). Fixed it by resetting the device using the method described on the quickstart card (paper clip into the small hole to the right of the power connector). Wait for a while until the LED starts flashing slowly, then unit should be discoverable on WiFi.

David McLeod I managed to set the device up. It finally appeared on my network after leaving it on for a long period. I am facing a new problem now... using Roomie Remote.app on iOS, it seems like it recieves a request to send a signal (led light flashes on the unit), but the devices I am trying to call dont seem to get the IR signal... it worked once for my TV and that was it.
