IP2IR: Unable to find on network

I have configured my IP2IR correctly to my network and can see the Itach (192.168.0.70)  with Ihelper on the network on most computers attached to the network.

However, on the computer I want to use it for control (192.168.0.6), it will not find it using Ihelper.  That box can ping the Itach and can hit the Itach webpage but gets some strange errors on the webpage.  The Overview page is correct, but the remaining 3 pages are missing information and give an error.  I attached a pic of the error from the authentication page.  I dont think this is an IE problem, since Ihelper is not working.

I am running XP embedded on this box. Do you think I am missing some windows service that needs this to work?  Which protocols are you using to communicated with the Itach?  Is there more than TCP?

  Update:

  I am able to use Itest and ILearn without a problem.  Both  programs will access the IP2IR from the XPembedded box and I can send IR without a problem. I turned off all firewall on the box and turned off all processes except for windows and still IHelpler cannot find the IP2IR.

  I got it working!

  It was an issue with multicast on one of my routers.

  It looks as though you got this working, and went through the correct troubleshooting steps. I have listed them again below:

  -Disable firewalls on the discovering machine

  -Run iHelp from a different machine on the network

  -Check network (routers and switches) for multicast filtering

  If you still have a problem discovering your unit, check the DHCP table in your router to see if the unit is listed.
