FAQ: What wireless channels does the iTach and iTach Flex support?

For our wireless iTach and iTach Flex models we support channels one through eleven.  If living in a region that allows for the use of channels twelve and thirteen access points must be set to a channel between one and eleven for the wireless iTach and iTach Flex devices to be able to connect.
